Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 7-14 business days. I work full time and process all orders on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
If you are local to Anchorage, Alaska and would like to do porch pick-up, please use code AKLOCAL to remove your shipping charge. Email email@example.com with your order number and I will coordinate when you can pick-up your order.
Shipping and order processing occurs Wednesday & Thursdays from 8:00AM-4:00PM AKST.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
I currently ship anywhere in the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. Please be sure to include the correct PO Box number to ensure delivery. Once I drop-off to USPS I no longer have control of your item(s).
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
mAKeable Personalized Creations is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
I currently do not offer returns or exchanges due to COVID-19. If you are not satisfied with your item(s) please contact me directly to see how I may be of assistance. I am very flexible when it comes to your order as I take pride in the items I sell and want you to be happy with your purchase.
There will be no refunds or exchanges on personalized items as I am not able to resell them.
